About Me

I am currently in the Trauma Recovery Coaching Certification Program with IAOTRC (International Association of Trauma Recovery Coaching). I will obtain my certification in September of 2026. For more information, visit https://certifiedtraumarecoverycoaching.com/

I have a Master’s Degree in Transpersonal Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology with a certificate in Transpersonal Coaching. From there I learned Jungian psychology and the practice of identifying sub-personalities and Archetypes.

I am a Minister with the Center for Sacred Studies -Minister of Walking Prayer. The philosophy of the ministry is that everything is considered an expression of Spirit. I walk my prayer in gratitude and awareness.

Accounting/MBA – I have been an accountant most of my life and continue with small jobs to support myself and my projects.

Gardening – Love to garden. Getting my hands in the soil throughout the spring, summer and fall is very healing and spiritually connects me to nature. I have both a large vegetable garden and various perennial gardens.

Crochet, Knitting, Quilting – I love to relax with a crochet project. These crafts are where I have the opportunities to combine color and weave or sew them into something useful.
